The tractor is a self-propelled power machine used to tow and drive the working machinery to complete various mobile operations, and can also be used as a fixed working power. It is composed of systems or devices such as engine, transmission, walking, steering, hydraulic suspension, power output, electrical instruments, driving control and traction. The power of the engine is transmitted to the driving wheels by the transmission system to make the tractor drive. In real life, rubber belts are commonly used as the medium of power transmission. Although tractors are relatively complex machines with different types and sizes, they are all composed of three major parts: engine, chassis and electrical equipment, each of which is indispensable.
The driving principle of the tractor: it can be driven by the power of the internal combustion engine through the transmission system, so that the driving wheel obtains the driving torque Mk, and the driving wheel that obtains the driving torque then gives the ground a small, backward horizontal force (tangential force) through the tire pattern and the tire surface , while the ground faces a horizontal force Pk that is equal in size and opposite in direction to the driving force. This Pk force is the driving force that pushes the tractor forward (also known as the propulsion force). When the driving force Pk is sufficient to overcome the forward rolling resistance of the front and rear wheels and the traction resistance of the agricultural implements, the tractor will move forward. If the driving wheel is lifted off the ground, that is, the driving force Pk is equal to zero, the driving wheel can only idle on the spot, and the tractor cannot drive; if the sum of rolling resistance and traction resistance is greater than the driving force Pk, the tractor cannot drive either. It can be seen that wheeled tractor driving is realized by the interaction between the driving torque driving wheel and the ground, and the driving force is greater than the sum of rolling resistance and traction resistance.
Four wheel tractor maintenance:
In order to keep the tractor in a good working condition, the operator must strictly implement the maintenance procedures and maintain carefully. After the end of the day's work, the following maintenance contents should be completed one by one.
a. Wipe off the oil and dust on the surface of the tractor.
b. Check whether the connecting bolts and nuts of the main parts are loose, and find that one is tightened.
c. Check the oil level of the engine oil pan, and add enough if it is insufficient.
d. Add soft water to the water tank.
e. Add diesel to the fuel tank.
f. Pressure inject butter to each lubricating point.
