1. The driven disc plow does not go into the soil.
The cutting edge of the disc plow is too thick, and the entanglement of grass and debris increases the resistance to entry into the soil. When the disc plow works, it relies on its own weight to force people into the soil. The performance of entering the soil is worse than that of the birch plow. Soil performance. The weight of the driven disc plow plus the counterweight is the basic condition to ensure normal entry into the soil. The driven disc plow usually adds a counterweight to ensure the entry into the soil during operation and keep the plowing depth stable.
The troubleshooting method is as follows:
(1) Clean up the tangled grass and debris, and sharpen the cutting edge of the disc plow blade.
(2) Increase the counterweight, how much weight to add, you can try while adding. Note: When the counterweight of the drive disc plow is produced and designed, it is specially equipped, and the counterweight is specially produced. When adding counterweight, the counterweight needs to be fixed on the plow frame.
2. The gear transmission box is overheated.
The role of the driven disc plow gear transmission box is to transmit power. During operation, due to gear friction and bearing rolling body friction, heat is generated, and the heat is transmitted to the lubricating oil in the gear box, and then to the gear box body. After working normally for a period of time, you will find that the box shell is relatively hot. For example, check that the temperature rise of the lubricating oil in the gearbox does not exceed 25°C, and the temperature rise of the bearing seat and
bearing parts does not exceed 25°C. This is a normal phenomenon. If it is found to be very hot, even steaming, oil leaking from the vent hole of the box body, and the temperature rise exceeds the specified limit, it means that the machine has a fault.
The reasons for the failure are as follows:
(1) During operation, the soil is hard, the plowing depth is too deep, and the machine load is too large; or under high temperature, continuous heavy load operation.
(2) Too much lubricating oil increases the agitation resistance of the gears, which will cause an increase in temperature rise; too little lubricating oil, poor lubrication of the gear transmission part, increased friction, the heat generated by the gears cannot be transmitted, and the temperature rise of the lubricating oil will also increase. increase, it will damage the gear in severe cases. In addition, the lubricating oil added does not meet the requirements, the lubrication effect is not good, or the vent hole of the gearbox is blocked, resulting in an increase in air pressure and temperature rise in the box.
(3) If the transmission gear tooth side clearance is too small, the tooth surface of the transmission gear will be glued, the bearing clearance will be too small, the friction force will increase, and the temperature rise of the lubricating oil will increase.
(4) There are problems with the installation and processing of the transmission box and gears, which will increase the transmission resistance and increase the temperature rise of the lubricating oil.
Troubleshooting method:
(1) During operation, the plowing depth should be adjusted reasonably according to the requirements. When the soil is too hard, the operation speed should be properly controlled to reduce the operation load. The continuous operation time at high temperature should not be too long, and pay attention to observe the condition of the operating unit.
(2) Fill in the lubricating oil that meets the requirements in time according to the required amount, and pay attention to the smoothness of the vent hole.
(3) Check the idling torque of the input shaft. When checking, cut off the power of the tractor and farm implements, lift the plow body off the ground, support the implements, then turn off the tractor, disengage the power output shaft, and turn the power input shaft by hand. Feel the flexibility of its rotation. If the rotation is too heavy, open the gearbox cover to check the wear of the bevel gear. If the surface of the gear is glued, replace the gear. If the gear surface wears a lot, you can adjust the tooth side clearance and bearing clearance of the bevel gear according to the above method, and then check the idling torque.
(4) If the problem has not been solved according to the above methods, the installation and processing of the gearbox must be considered. Because the bevel gear shafts do not intersect at right angles during the design of the intermediate gear box for driving the disc plow, but have a certain inclination. The installation and processing requirements for gears and boxes are relatively high, and installation and processing problems are prone to occur during repairs, so it is necessary to find a special repair department for inspection and handling.
