1. The aircraft deviates too far from the route during automatic flight:
Check whether the plane can be leveled, and adjust the plane to fly straight and maintain altitude without human intervention. Secondly, check the wind direction and wind force. Because strong winds can also cause such failures, you should choose to take off the drone when the wind is light. Furthermore, check whether the equalizer can be placed in a suitable position, switch the aircraft to the manual flight state, and set the equalizer to a suitable position.
2. The GPS of the plant protection drone cannot be positioned for a long time:
First of all, calm down and wait, because GPS cold start takes time. If the situation still does not improve after waiting for a few minutes, it may be because the GPS antenna is shielded and the GPS is interfered by the nearby electromagnetic field. You need to remove the shield, keep it away from the source of interference, and place it in an open area to see if it improves. In addition, the cause of this situation may also be that the GPS is not powered on for a long time, the distance between the local area and the last GPS positioning point is too long, or the microwave power switch is turned on before the aircraft is positioned. You try to turn off the microwave power switch, turn off the system power, restart the system power for more than 5 seconds and wait for the positioning. If it is not positioned at this time, it may be that there is a problem with the performance of the GPS itself, and you need to take it to professional agricultural plant protection drone maintenance personnel for disposal.
3. The steering gear makes a creaking back and forth positioning adjustment sound:
Some servos have no hysteresis adjustment function, and the control dead zone is adjusted to a small range. As long as the input signal and feedback signal always fluctuate, and their difference exceeds the control dead zone, the servo will send a signal to drive the motor. In addition, there is no hysteresis adjustment function. If the mechanical precision of the steering gear set is poor, and the tooth position is large, and the rotation step of the reaction potentiometer is driven, the step range has exceeded the control dead zone range, and the steering gear will be adjusted continuously.
4. After the UAV control power is turned on, the air station cannot receive data from the UAV:
Check whether the connection connector is loose or not connected, whether the link button of the air station can be clicked, whether the serial port is set correctly, whether the serial port baud rate is set correctly, whether the data transmission channels of the air station and the aircraft are set differently, whether the aircraft Whether the GPS data on the computer can be sent to the flight control, if there is a problem in one link, the communication cannot be made, and the connection will be reconnected after checking. If you still can’t connect after checking everything is correct, restart the air station computer and the power supply of the aircraft system, and you can usually connect to the communication.
